Shipping Rates:

Ground — $7 flat rate (3 - 8 business days)
2nd Day — $20 flat rate
Overnight – $30 flat rate

Storybook Shipping Info

After all necessary information has been provided, story book designs will be completed within 12 business days. Then, they will be sent to printing, which takes an additional 12-15 business days. Altogether, the process will take about five weeks before shipping. 

Storybook Returns 

After 3-5 business days of your storybook order, I will send you a proof of the cover and first 5 pages. At this point if you are unhappy with the book, you will receive a 100% refund. After approving this proof, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be granted.
